    My favorite burger stand! Since I was a little girl!! No one can beat their burgers and fries. We make random trips back up to Whittier just for their burgers from San Diego because they are that good!!

    NEVER AGAIN!!!
    I used to like Norm's. If you catch them at just the right time the wait isn't too long. The staff is friendly enough and the food is good for the price, not counting the coffee which is so ridiculously expensive that I'm sure it subsidizes the lower costs of the food.
    I hadn't been there for a while. And boy was I in for a surprise.
    I get my check and there's a "surcharge" on it for 3%.
    WTF???
    The cashier showed me the small print on the menu where it explains that they add a surcharge to help cover the costs of doing business.
    Again, WTF???
    If you need to raise your prices then raise your prices and let the customers know about it up front. Hitting them after the fact with a "surcharge" is like saying "F*** Y***, loyal customer!"
    Never again will I eat at Norm's. The only thing I hate worse than deceptive business practices is the government. And I'm not eating with them either.

    This is a go to when everyone wants a little something different.  They have a great selection of diner food and for the amount of output they do, the quality have always been above par.

    Destiny and Raul has very great customer serviceVery delicious Burger's also chilly cheese fries are bomb.......... Highly recommend to eat after softball or work must try breakfast here soon

    I was just working in the area & dicovered (with the help of yelp)1 of the best small burger joints around. Great food, portions & service. Very casual and laid back amosphere. Not to mention how affordable the prices are.

    I highly recommend.
